Expanded movement points, agent removal, and a few unit stats adjusted.
Better water mod - again, graphical, but it makes the campaign map look much better. It's just a graphical addition at this point. More 'cities' appear on the campaign map. I could be off base on that because I don't always check every mod regularly, but when I was looking, that was the case.
There are some great mods that improve individual features of the game a great deal (and I'd prefer some to the comparable features in DeI), but as a total package it seems the most advanced right now. It's not that they have bad ideas, but I believe DeI (among the historical mods, at least) is the furthest along. That's really the issue I have with many of the current overhaul mods. i figured the mods weren't far enough along until about DeI. Battles were interesting, but still a little unbalanced and the campaign was still basically the same. I played an early version of DeI and didn't care for it much. If you like a mod, participate in its forum, if there is something you think needs changing/fixing, post it in the forum.īTW, there are single item changing mods that work in tandem with major overhauls that are also great. It also seems a bit chickenshit to even have polls for mods.
It seems a tad bit insulting to not even include works that individuals put great time and effort into creating-for the community-for free. I like all of them-some suite me better than others for sure, but appreciate all. As noted, there are several other large mods that should be listed.
